It \u00a0was found \u00a0that \u00a0the \u00a0number \u00a0of infected intestinal parasites 506 infected among 1393 subjects, The Percentage of infection it 36.3% of the rate was 286 males by 20.5% and 220 females by 15.7%.<\/p>\n<p>The study identified 11 types of intestinal parasites, 9 of which were diagnosed with <em>Entamoeba<\/em> \u00a0<em>histolytica<\/em> \u00a0(87.3%), <em>Giardia<\/em> <em>lamblia<\/em> \u00a0(7.5%), <em>Cryptosporidium<\/em> <em>parvum<\/em> , <em>Entamoeba<\/em> <em>coli<\/em> \u00a0and <em>Trichomonas<\/em> <em>hominis<\/em> (1.1%, 0.3%, 0.1% ) respectively. The worms recorded from this study were the <em>Enterobius<\/em> <em>vermicularis<\/em> , <em>Ascaris<\/em> <em>lumbricoides<\/em>,<em> Hymenolepis<\/em> <em>spp.<\/em> , and <em>Taenia<\/em> <em>saginata<\/em> (5.7%, 0.7%, 0.6%, 0.1%), respectively. As for <em>E<\/em>.<em>dispar<\/em> and <em>E<\/em>.<em>hartmanni<\/em> \u00a0were Confirmation of the PCR method for not being distinguishable from <em>E<\/em>. <em>histolytica<\/em> parasites by microscopic examination and by percentage (8.3%, 14.5%) respectively. Added to confirm the diagnosis of samples <em>E<\/em>. <em>histolytica<\/em> and <em>Enterobius<\/em> <em>vermicularis<\/em> and <em>Ascaris<\/em> <em>lumbricoides<\/em> to molecular diagnostic by PCR technique.<\/p>\n<p>The highest rate of infection was recorded October (55.5%) and the highest age group was 6-10 years (42.9%), and most cases of infections were single infection \u00a097%, accompanied by symptoms such as diarrhea, fever, vomiting and abdominal pain, but some of them asymptoms. The study also showed significant differences in some blood components in patients with intestinal parasites such as hemoglobin, packed cells volume , total and differential blood white blood count.<\/p>\n<p>Molecular diagnostic methods using PCR, Phylogenetic tree and DNA Sequencing were used to confirm the results of microscopic examination and the precise differentiation of the <em>Entamoeba<\/em> spp. depending on (18S rRNA). DNA sequence analysis and gene analysis of the three species were performed to compare them with different species using MEGA6 and to compare the similarities between the strains of this study with the global species recorded in the NCBI database by using \u00a0Blast program. In addition to confirm the microscopic diagnosis of the types <em>Enterobius vermicularis <\/em>and <em>Ascaris<\/em> <em>lumbricoides<\/em> by polymerase chain reaction.<\/p>\n<p><img
